In order to ensure optimal protection of our Clients' personal data, we have entered into the necessary contractual arrangements with the aforementioned data processors to ensure that they apply the highest privacy standards. In any case, the data processors are obliged to ensure the security and confidentiality of the personal data. For this reason, a data processing agreement is systematically signed in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR.

A processor is the natural or legal person who, at the request and on behalf of the controller, processes your personal data. The processor is obliged to ensure the security and confidentiality of the data. The processor always acts on the instructions of the controller.

We may also transfer your personal data to other third parties who process it for their own purposes (as separate controllers of WEBEX - SD, s.r.o., such as:
